Dylan Mulvaney Announces Final Performance in Broadway’s ‘Six: The Musical’

Dylan Mulvaney will step down from her role as Anne Boleyn in Broadway’s “Six: The Musical” at the end of May.

Mulvaney’s final performance will take place May 31 at the Lena Horne Theatre. She began her run on February 16, joining the Broadway company in the role of Anne Boleyn.

During her time in the show, Mulvaney performed alongside Adrianna Hicks as Catherine of Aragon, Abigail Barlow as Katherine Howard, Anna Uzele as Catherine Parr, Jasmine Forsberg as Jane Seymour, and Olivia Donalson as Anna of Cleves.

“Six: The Musical” tells the story of Henry VIII’s six wives through a modern pop-inspired lens and has become a Broadway hit since its official opening on October 3, 2021. Created by Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss, the show has been praised for its high-energy score and dynamic staging.

The Broadway production is co-directed by Moss and Jamie Armitage, with choreography by Carrie-Anne Ingrouille. The creative team includes scenic designer Emma Bailey, costume designer Gabriella Slade, lighting designer Tim Deiling, and sound designer Paul Gatehouse.

The musical features orchestrations by Tom Curran, music supervision by Joe Beighton, and U.S. music supervision by Roberta Duchak. Casting is handled by The TRC Company’s Peter Van Dam. Theater Matters serves as general manager, Sam Levy is associate producer, and Lucas McMahon is U.S. executive producer.

“Six: The Musical” has earned multiple accolades, including the 2022 Tony Award for Best Original Score and the Outer Critics Circle Award for Best Musical. The show continues its international run, with the West End production currently playing at London’s Vaudeville Theatre.
