All Things Go NYC Canceled as Nor’easter Forces Third Major Weekend Cancellation

All Things Go has canceled its entire 2026 New York City festival at Forest Hills Stadium, making it the third major East Coast live event to be wiped from this weekend’s schedule as a powerful nor’easter moves up the coast.

The three-day festival had been scheduled to begin Friday, Sept. 25 and continue through Sunday, Sept. 27. Organizers announced the cancellation Friday afternoon after consulting with local officials, Forest Hills Stadium and weather advisers, citing severe weather expected throughout the weekend, including high winds. The cancellation was also independently reported Friday by Variety.

“After consultation with local officials, Forest Hills Stadium, and trusted weather advisors, we have made the difficult decision to cancel All Things Go NYC on September 25, 26 and 27 at Forest Hills Stadium due to severe weather conditions in the New York Metro area throughout the weekend, including high winds,” organizers said.

“The safety of our fans, the artists and local crew is our top priority.”

Customers who purchased tickets through AXS online or by phone will receive automatic refunds to the credit card used for the purchase within 30 business days, according to the festival. Buyers who obtained tickets elsewhere are being directed to their original point of purchase.

The cancellation wipes out a weekend that was scheduled to feature Zara Larsson, Lola Young and Rebecca Black on Friday; Brandi Carlile, Ethel Cain and CMAT on Saturday; and MUNA, Carly Rae Jepsen and The Beaches on Sunday. TicketNews previously covered both the original 2026 lineup and the later addition of Ethel Cain after Sienna Spiro withdrew.

The cancellation applies specifically to the New York edition. As of Friday afternoon, the separate All Things Go festival at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland, remained listed to proceed, beginning Friday with a lineup led by Mitski, Ethel Cain and Rainbow Kitten Surprise.

The New York announcement represents a major change from just a day earlier, when All Things Go remained among the large outdoor events still planning to operate despite the approaching storm. TicketNews noted Thursday that Forest Hills Stadium’s festival was still scheduled even as Oceans Calling began canceling programming farther south.

New York City Emergency Management said Thursday that the nor’easter was expected to bring periods of rain, coastal flooding and wind gusts reaching roughly 40 mph, with winds increasing late Friday into Saturday morning.

The storm has now produced a string of major live-event cancellations spanning much of the East Coast.

Earlier Friday, Ed Sheeran canceled both of his Loop Tour concerts scheduled for Sept. 25 and 26 at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts. Tour and stadium officials made that decision after monitoring weather forecasts with public-safety officials. Ticketmaster purchasers are set to receive automatic refunds, while other buyers have been told to contact their original point of purchase.

That announcement came the same morning Oceans Calling abandoned efforts to salvage its three-day festival in Ocean City, Maryland. Organizers had initially canceled only Friday after coastal flooding and beach erosion made it impossible to safely finish building the festival site. On Friday, an updated westward storm track, continuing high winds, tides and flooding prompted the cancellation of Saturday and Sunday as well.

Oceans Calling’s full cancellation eliminated more than 40 scheduled performances, including sets from Dave Matthews Band, Twenty One Pilots, Mumford & Sons, Hootie & the Blowfish, Gwen Stefani and Matchbox Twenty. Tickets purchased directly through Front Gate Tickets are being automatically refunded in full.

The National Weather Service has described the system as a strong nor’easter capable of producing a prolonged period of rain, rough seas, strong winds, coastal flooding and beach erosion through the weekend.

For All Things Go NYC ticket holders, there is no replacement date currently announced. AXS buyers should receive their refunds automatically, while customers who bought through another source will need to follow the refund process of that original seller.
